Lynn San Andres is the president and founder of the Mason Alexander Group Ltd., a leading New York City's commercial real estate leasing and investment firm, created in 1999. As the president, she brings a broad knowledge of real estate and New York City, where she has resided virtually all of her adult life. Prior to Mason Alexander, Lynn worked as an independent agent associated with Oxford Realty Group and was a co-founder of Landmark Restorations, Inc., a real estate development firm in downtown Brooklyn. She has vast experience in real estate, both nationally and internationally, namely in India and Dubai. Lynn entered the world of real estate in 1983 after heading an experimental and innovative educational program at Brooklyn College. During her educational career, she was a leading authority on early childhood development and created the first childrens' programming for Boston's WKGB-TV. She is a graduate of Connecticut College and earned her Masters Degree in early childhood development at Bank Street Graduate School. After switching her focus to real estate, Lynn has now become one of the city's most recognized authorities in both commercial and residential real estate sales and development. Throughout her distinguished career, Lynn has been frequently recognized for her achievements and business leadership. In 2003 she was one of seven honored with the prestigious Comptroller's Commendation for Distinguished Leadership in the Business Community during Women's History Month. Until 2003, Lynn served for ten years as a board-member and as president of the National Association for Women Business Owners (NAWBO-NYC) and is currently a Director of Urban Stages, a NYC theater company. She is also a member of New York Women's Agenda (NYWA) and the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce (MCC). Lynn continues to reside in her beloved New York City enjoying her successful real estate career.
