Lynda Gibbons

Lynda has specialized in commercial real estate in the Boulder area for over 27 years and has established long-standing, effective relationships with property owners, investors and businesses. She founded Gibbons-White, Inc. in 1986 and continues as its president. The firm provides commercial asset and property management, tenant and landlord representation and investment real estate consulting, including disposition and acquisition services for institutions, local investors and businesses. She is a specialist in 1031 tax deferred products & sale transactions. Currently a member of the executive board of the Boulder Economic Council, a recent member of both the Board of Trustees for the Boulder Community Hospital Foundation and a member of the Board of trustees for the University of Colorado, Lynda is clearly committed to the economic vitality of the Boulder community. Having graduated from the University of Colorado Lynda has a passion for commercial real estate industry. She has specialized in the selling and providing asset and property management services along the front range for more than 26 years. Her experience also includes - consulting positions with institutional investors, developers and real estate investment trusts and has had appointments as a Receiver. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where she is a candidate for a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Being the -managing broker of Gibbons-White, Inc. has allowed her the opportunity to focus her expertise and passion for commercial real estate in the community that she loves.
