Lyle formed Clover Investment Properties in 2017 after 15 years working with national and regional development companies. Lyle began his career in commercial real estate at Trammell Crow Company where he led industrial and mixed-use developments in the Atlanta region. Along with several colleagues from Trammell Crow, Lyle joined Crescent Resources (now Crescent Communities) to pursue and execute on retail, industrial and office development projects around the Southeastern United States. In 2010 Lyle joined Redstone Investments, an organization with a 30 year legacy of retail development and ownership. Through Lyle’s leadership as President of its development and acquisition platform, Redstone expanded its holdings into office and mixed-use ownership and completed several remarkable deals. Lyle lives with his wife and four children in Tampa, FL where they are actively involved in several civic and community organizations. He received a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. While a student at Goizueta, he served as president of the graduate student body and was an advocate of the School’s real estate curriculum. Since 2005, Lyle has served as an adjunct professor at Goizueta teaching a graduate level course in real estate development and investments. Lyle is a member of ULI and NAIOP and has frequently served on industry panel discussions.
