Lyle Cowand

Lyle Cowand joined RESOLUT RE in early 2014 as Senior Vice President. He has over 40 years of Houston, retail-focused, real estate experience which includes a distinguished track record of representing prominent shopping center owners, as well as working with the most active national and regional retailers for their Houston market expansion. Lyle’s previous experience includes roles as Senior Vice President of The Weitzman Group and over a decade with Transwestern, where he was Senior Vice President in its Retail Services division. Lyle has been a member of ICSC for the past 30 years and has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas since 1980. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from the University of Houston.
