Lydia Whitley

Lydia Whitley joined CBRE | Triad in 2005 as a part of their Brokerage Services team. She provides strategic planning, tenant and landlord representation, as well as acquisition and disposition services for her clients in the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point markets. Currently, Lydia works with institutional owners of shopping centers and office buildings within the Triad market. Lydia is also part of the Retail Leasing Team, which represents Landlords in leasing over one million square feet of space located in the Triad area. Lydia also has extensive experience in Tenant representation specializing in the retail, office and industrial sectors. As a Greensboro native, Ms. Whitley has extensive market knowledge and experience working with numerous local companies and investors for the past 28 years. Prior to working for CBRE | Triad, Lydia worked for Weaver Grubar McAllister, Property Resources and The Bissell Companies in brokerage services.
