Luke Mayer

Partner and Broker Luke Mayer co-founded Cypress Real Estate Group in 2010. He is passionate about helping businesses pursue their real estate goals and provides premium, exclusive and independent professional services to his clients. Having purchased, sold and leased real estate in the millions of square feet on behalf of his clients and some of the largest companies in North America, he possesses a tremendous knowledge of industrial leasing and sales as well as land use and development. Luke has spent his tenure pursuing real estate in Calgary and across Western Canada as an analyst, investor, and broker. In addition to his lengthy track record of leasing and sales of Industrial properties, he has taken a special interest in complex land and development transactions; from 2013 – 2016 Luke orchestrated the nationally recognized Royal Canadian Legion redevelopment project in Kensington, Calgary, Alberta. In 2012, Luke was instrumental in the land sale and development of a $250,000,000 new construction project in East Balzac, Alberta. Luke is a graduate of the University of Calgary International Relations program, a designated Broker recognized under the Alberta Real Estate Act, and holds an Associate License with the Real Estate Council of Alberta. When not at work he enjoys playing sports and spending time with his wife and two children.
