Luke joins the 7D team with over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including over 13 years with Kite Realty Group (REIT). While at Kite, Luke oversaw and managed the lease up and redevelopment of specific assets across Kite's portfolio, procuring hundreds of deals in over 23 states across the country, from coast to coast. At 7D, Luke is focused on Landlord Representation assisting with lease-up of new and existing assets, acquisitions and dispositions of retail, multi-family, mixed-use & Industrial real estate assets, as well as, Tenant Representation focusing on the site selection and growth strategies of clients throughout the region 7D serves. Luke, his wife, Kristine, and son Ollie reside in Indianapolis, IN.
