Luke has been working in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2017 and originally started his career with a global valuation advisory firm, Duff & Phelps, as a Commercial Real Estate Valuation Analyst. There, he assisted with providing analysis and appraisal services for a variety of property types including: investment properties, complex industrial and manufacturing facilities, multi-family properties, specialized use properties, restaurants, office buildings, retail centers, and healthcare facilities. More recently, Luke worked at a Milwaukee Commercial RE Brokerage Firm, where he primarily focused on the Healthcare Real Estate sector. Luke was responsible for providing clients with valuation services for their healthcare real estate holdings, assisting in asset management, and conducting market research to provide general market analyses and advise on key market drivers affecting the value of commercial real estate properties throughout Wisconsin.
