Luke Feldman, CCIM
Investment Sales
Luke is one of the Founding Partners of Three Lions Real Estate Group. He specializes in acquisitions and dispositions of office and retail properties throughout the Jacksonville MSA. Luke is involved in the whole sales process, from planning the marketing strategy to communicating with principals and brokers during underwriting and due diligence. He acts as a liaison between prospective buyers and owners to facilitate successful negotiations. Before Three Lions, Luke worked for NAI Hallmark in Jacksonville as a part of the investment sales team, joining in 2017 to further build the investment platform. Prior to NAI, he worked for Front Street, a boutique, full service commercial real estate group (acquired by Avison Young). Over his career, Luke has completed over $85 million in sales transactions.
