Luciano Medeiros

Luciano Medeiros is an accomplished entrepreneur originally from São Paulo, Brazil. He began his career in real estate at 23 years old where he bought, operated, and sold over 30 gas stations. In 2004 he moved to the United States and decided to venture into the restaurant industry. Over the next decade, Luciano owned, operated and sold over 15 restaurants in both domestic and international markets in locations across Texas, Florida and Canada. He has since sold most of his restaurants, but still continues to operate several while offering consulting services to a variety of different restaurant operators. Over the last 15 years Luciano has continuously developed his expertise in commercial real estate and business brokerage. Beginning in 2016, he joined Millenia Partners, where he has played a crucial role in spearheading the company into the international market. Using his extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, Luciano has assisted numerous clients in understanding and reaching their business needs. He has worked with a wide variety of clients, from business owners to landlords, completing over $200 Million in real estate transactions. He mostly specializes in the restaurant and retail industries, industrial properties, and business brokerage.
