Lucas Portwood

Senior Associate Lucas Portwood joined the Cypress Real Estate Group in 2017 and brings with him a strong background in industrial sales and leasing. Lucas worked previously with the second largest firm in the world where he consistently closed over 50 lease and sale transactions a year. As recognition of Lucas’ achievements and performance, he was awarded with the countries Emerging Broker of the Year honors in 2015. As a Senior Associate, Lucas has established a strong reputation in the industrial real estate market. Often first in the office and the last to leave, Lucas is known for his high level of customer service, responsiveness and determination to satisfy his client’s real estate requirement. Lucas is a graduate from the University of Alberta where he completed the Bachelor of Commerce Finance program. Work experience in other positions, including driving truck and accounting, has given Lucas an appreciation for all aspects of business and through his experiences he has developed strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
