Luc Whitlock

Luc joined JLL as a Director of Investments at the West Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. As part of the Multifamily Capital Markets practice for Southern California, Mr. Whitlock is in charge with the expansion of the team’s middle-market multifamily division and oversees multifamily investment sales, joint venture/equity, and multifamily re-capitalization for institutional and corporate clients, family offices, and private client owners of real estate. Mr. Whitlock has been recognized as one of his region’s top commercial real estate agents, serving clients from all over the United States. His client list ranges from some of the most notable companies in the world, to smaller mom-and-pop, private client investors, and he prides himself on providing them with the utmost professionalism, accuracy and respect, and that the transactional experience is one of the best they have experienced. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Whitlock was a Senior Associate of Investment Sales at Matthews Real Estate, where he assisted with the sale and financing of multifamily properties across Los Angeles. In this role, he mentored other agents, hosted national “Future Legend” trainings, and ran point on meetings, proposals, listings, escrows, underwriting, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials.
