Luc Champagne

As a Sr. Sales Associate of Brokerage Services, Luc specializes in representing Owners on a project leasing and sales basis. Currently, Luc represents national (Milbrook Properties and Klein Enterprises), regional, and local landlords, with a portfolio exceeding a GLA of 700,000 SF. His landlord portfolio extends throughout Northern/Central Pennsylvania, Metro Philadelphia, and Southern New Jersey. Luc’s current list of Tenants includes Take 5 Oil Change, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Little Caesar’s. Luc works day-to-day with Metro brokers Max Silver, Pat Gallagher, Joe Dougherty, and Valerie Barger, assisting with landlord and tenant representation. Luc has been a member of the Metro team since 2023 and is based out of our Plymouth Meeting office. He is a graduate of Drexel University.
