Loyd M. Robbins, President and Principal Broker of Loyd Robbins & Co. became as a sales associate in 1973 and gained his broker's license in 1975. Born and raised in Sarasota, Loyd has been a staple in this community and has watched it grow from a little town with Orange groves to the mighty city that it is today. Loyd has been marketing commercial real estate for over 50 years, and has been involved in thousands of Retail, Industrial, Office, and Land Development projects in the thriving markets of Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Polk, & Orange counties. He worked at his parents' company Harry E. Robbins Associates, Inc. right out of high school, and eventually took over as broker and ran the firm for many years before establishing Loyd Robbins & Co. He serves on many boards in Sarasota and has also served as President for the Board of Realtors. Succeeding in the real estate landscape requires a deep understanding of the industry—the ever-changing market, and an array of different audiences—from residential to commercial segments, developers to investors, individual buyers to sellers. Loyd Robbins, has been connecting with these audiences for decades, crafting a legacy of hard work, integrity, and success.
