Lowrey’s extensive career consists of over 500 commercial real estate transactions. His core strength is representing commercial real estate investors as well as office & industrial owners or tenants. His career began in 1998 in Dallas, Texas where he worked at the largest commercial real estate firm in Texas, Henry S. Miller Commercial. Lowrey later gained a unique and valuable understanding of the economics of a transaction when he worked for one of the most successful privately-held commercial real estate investment firms, Gaedeke Group. Before moving to Colorado, Lowrey’s final project in Dallas was with H.I. REIT as their Vice President responsible for the investment firm’s Dallas real estate portfolio. Lowrey founded Fountainhead Commercial in 2019 with a vision to provide best-in-class consultative guidance to the business owner; the innovator; the investor; the creator as each pursues their own unique dream. Lowrey’s vast experience, business acumen and sophisticated approach plus the ‘nose to the grindstone’ work ethic that he brings to every transaction ensures his clients receive the best possible outcome based upon the then-current market conditions. Lowrey received the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in April 2014. CCIM is the global leader in commercial and investment real estate education and services & only 6% of all commercial real estate brokers hold the respected CCIM designation throughout North America.
