Lourdes Cartagena is a seasoned real estate agent with nearly 20 years of experience. Featured in the NY Times, she has been a top producer in The Bronx and surrounding areas year after year. Today, Lourdes not only excels in what she does, but she also loves doing it. Having graduated from Iona College with a bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Lourdes didn’t initially decide on real estate. Her career started when, like many, Lourdes was retrenched during a recession. Fortunately, a great opportunity presented itself at that time through Foxtons, an international real estate company. Lourdes has received several sales awards for the most listings, highest sales, and best client retention. In 2009, she decided to partner with the Pantiga Group and is now an Associate Broker. With this network, Lourdes is able to help clients purchase, sell or relocate both locally and internationally. As a mother of two, Lourdes enjoys spending her free time with her family. Her hobbies include walking, traveling, dancing, and being in nature. Lourdes is constantly pushing herself, and that’s why learning to play the piano is her latest challenge.
