ABOUT

Louis F. Lee began his real estate career in 1982 when he worked for a national brokerage firm handling retail and residential income properties. He was the commercial sales manager for the office in 1984 and led educational sales meetings and provided support to the agents. In 1987, Louis joined Marcus and Millichap, a national brokerage firm, as an investment real estate broker handling commercial property evaluation, analysis, marketing and sales. In 1990, he joined a multifaceted international investment company acquiring investment properties for their own account. Louis provided investment opportunities to the firm as well as commercial and residential brokerage services to his clients. A good deal of his sales and leasing efforts were directed at bank-owned properties. These transactions included office buildings, apartments, retail properties, and business opportunities. Louis joined Moore Commercial, a long established Colorado commercial real estate firm, in 1993. Coldwell Banker Commercial purchased Moore Commercial in 1999 where Louis was a Senior Vice President. During this period he handled retail and investment properties. In October 2002, Louis joins Unique Properties, LLC to become a member of their retail team specializing in retail sales and leasing with a focus on restaurants, retail mixed use properties, and shopping centers, Louis is a Colorado native and attended Metropolitan State College in Denver and the University of Colorado in Boulder where he majored in business. He is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® and a CCIM candidate.
