Louis Johnston

Louis Johnston joined Johnston Pacific Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in October of 2014 and since then has worked diligently with the Johnston Pacific Database, broker assistance as well as the company controller. In addition to these tasks, Louis is also a licensed agent in the state of California and has completed numerous transactions representing landlords as well as tenants, sellers and buyers. Through the management of Johnston Pacific’s database and its over 7,000 property records, Louis has gained a keen understanding of product knowledge and value for South Orange County’s Industrial Real Estate. Louis is a native of San Clemente, California and earned his degree in History from Chapman University in 2014.
