Blue Mtn Rentals, LLC owner Lori Sharp started helping local landlords get their rental vacancies seen in the online markets in 2011. She has been helping landlords market their rentals ever since. In 2018, Blue Mtn Rentals, LLC became a part of Kelly Right Real Estate. Lori now offers full Property Management and Tenant Placement Services to her clients along with the Ad listing and Relocation assistance services she has always provided. Lori has an administrative background, having worked for Boeing Travel Accounting, Tenant Screening Services as a researcher and Supervisor of data entry and billing teams, Volt & Teletech for Payroll Processing of up to 800 employees bi-weekly and in Property Management both in the Tacoma, WA area as well as here in the Walla Walla area. Her dedication and desire to keep up on housing changes allows her to provide the best Property Management services to her clients. She tracks the market and has data going back to 2011 to help price the rental properties competitively for the greatest return. A native Washingtonian, Lori grew up on the West Side of the Mountains in the Tacoma & Gig Harbor, WA areas. When her family relocated to Walla Walla in 2010, they had a hard time finding housing without coming to the area in person. The idea was then formed to get Walla Walla area rentals on the internet marketing scene for greater exposure. Her family keeps her busy in the off times with 3 pre-teen girls and two grown child out on their own. In addtion, Lori's husband is retired and they own cats and a dog. Lori gardens, camps, enjoys fishing, reading, crochet, computer games & social networking.
