As Senior Vice President of Investor Management, Lori serves as a member of the senior leadership team focused on the formation of equity investment programs, programmatic ventures, and managing investor relationships. She oversees Unico’s corporate marketing and research initiatives to advance firm investment and portfolio strategies. Lori joined Unico from Jones Lang LaSalle where she was a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group in Seattle. A recognized investment sale and commercial real estate industry veteran, Lori brings over 20 years of investment sale experience across multiple property types and asset classes with a particular depth of experience in office properties and development sites. Her career transactional history exceeds $4 billion and over 7 million square feet. Lori’s client base spans the spectrum of large institutional investors, fund managers, developers, and high-net-worth families. She is known for her dedicated focus and commitment to client goals, creative solutions, and delivering maximum positive outcome. Her resulting track record is highlighted by several market-leading benchmarks. Lori’s work on behalf of her client was recognized with the “SIOR Investment Broker of the Year” in 2007, 2013, and 2014 by The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Lori was previously a Principal with Pacific Real Estate Partners, a premier boutique Northwest real estate services company and before that a Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield where her early career was rooted in financial and research analytics. Lori is a committed industry and community contributor, with active involvement in numerous non-profit organizations over the years. She is especially interested in advancing career opportunities for women and advancing overall diversity within the commercial real estate industry. In 2017, the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) honored Lori with its “Impact Award” for the Career Advancement of Women.
