Loretta Shatto

Loretta is a Certified Property Manager with 30 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate business. Before joining Levy Realty Advisors in 2012, she was the Director of Property Management for a diversified private equity real estate firm where she managed a portfolio of 2 million square feet of properties in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and Florida. After earning an Associates of Arts Degree in Business Management, she studied as an undergraduate in Communications at The Penn State University. In addition to her CPM designation, Loretta is an Accredited On-Site Manager as recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Loretta covers the Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach submarkets in Palm Beach County.
