As a member of Franklin Street’s Office & Industrial Services Team, Lorenzo Gonzalez represents and advises clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and industrial real estate assets throughout Tampa Bay. Prior to Franklin Street, Mr. Gonzalez served as a Senior Consultant for a boutique financial management firm, specializing in outsourced CFO advisory, as well as merger and acquisition due diligence. With a background in finance, Mr. Gonzalez brings valuable experience in advising clients on transactions, operational and financial due diligence, performance improvement, financial modeling and cash flow. He has served clients in a variety of industries – including real estate, hospitality, shipping/logistics, automotive, cultivation, manufacturing, distribution and consumer products – allowing him to knowledgeably advise a wide range of Franklin Street’s clients in the office and industrial space. A third-generation Tampa native, Mr. Gonzalez’ extensive understanding of the local market is also a benefit to his clients.
