Lorenzo specializes in the valuation of apartment buildings and is noted as an industry leader. He has authored many articles for various trade publications, and has been on several panels and discussion boards including radio and television. Lorenzo specializes in investment properties with less than 100 suites in size and has been involved in over $2.0 Billion dollars worth of commercial transactions since 1997 when he started his real estate sales career. Prior to that, Lorenzo was an accredited real estate appraiser with his AACI designation. In over 10 years in that profession he was involved in the appraisal of various types of properties including development land, apartments, retail plaza's, offices, industrial buildings and retirement homes. He was also involved in many high profile government assignments such as redevelopment options for Regent Park in Toronto and private mandates such as the creation cellular transmitting locations for Clearnet all across Ontario. Lorenzo has authored many articles in well known industry trade publications such as Multi Unit Report, Canadian Property Management and Toronto ICI to name just a few. His appraisal background, analytical acumen and sales experience make him a well rounded and seasoned professional. He has also appeared on The Real Estate Talk Show on AM640 and is a regular contributor to the show regarding investing in Commercial real estate including Apartment Buildings.
