Lorenzo Bonina CCIM

Lorenzo grew up in a real estate family and enjoys every aspect of putting deals together. He is a natural born leader with a results-driven philosophy, committed to getting the job done for his clients. Lorenzo comes to Pegasus with a background in Sales and running Sales teams. He was a Division 1 college athlete and is an avid golfer. He has experience in land and building sales, as well as leasing commercial and industrial properties, golf courses, and apartment buildings. To date, Lorenzo has achieved over $9 million in sales from multifamily apartments, land leases/sales, office buildings, and retail leasing. Lorenzo is in the middle of his CCIM courses and is set to complete the designation in April 2024.
