Lloyd Montgomery

Lloyd Montgomery, IV serves as Principal Broker of Tailwater Properties. Leveraging his 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Montgomery is passionate about providing exceptional service that is tailored to fit each of his client’s specific needs. Lloyd believes that through creativity and diligence, there is always an outcome that is superior to the rest. His clients range from institutional owners, to preferred developers, to national retailers. Mr. Montgomery’s primary responsibilities include tenant representation, site selection and development for Tailwater Properties and its clients. Prior to co-founding Tailwater Properties, he was the Managing Partner of Baker Storey McDonald Properties’ Knoxville office, where he successfully started and grew the office to one of the most active retail real estate firms in Knoxville. Lloyd is a Knoxville native and attended The McCallie School in Chattanooga, TN before earning his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife and two children.
