Lizzy Sweeney

As a member of the Office Sales and Leasing Group, Ms. Sweeney is involved in sale and leasing activities for office real estate facilities. Ms. Sweeney provides all necessary brokerage support to the Suburban North Office Leasing Team. Ms. Sweeney works on project marketing activities (preparing proposals, showing space, organizing marketing material and assisting in lease negotiation), as well as tenant representation assignments (preparing surveys, request for proposals and leases). Prior to joining Colliers Pinkard, Ms. Sweeney worked for the James F. Knott Realty Group as a Commercial Leasing Representative. In that role, Ms. Sweeney was responsible for the leasing of 1.5 million square feet within a commercial portfolio, where she marketed office, flex and warehouse buildings for lease via telephone, mailers, Internet and networking. She also negotiated lease proposals with brokers and prospective tenants, reviewed financial statements of proposed tenants, as well as prepared and negotiated leases for prospective tenants. She was also involved in the tenant improvement process with the property management and construction teams to ensure a timely and smooth transition for the tenant.
