Focused on office and retail leasing, she currently handles 220,000 sq. ft. for FIRM Realty comprising office and retail in the Hollywood market in South Florida Prior to FIRM, she handled a portfolio consisting of 500,000 sq. ft. of retail centers throughout South Florida for NAI Miami, submarkets to include Coral Springs, Tamarac, Oakland Park, Hollywood, Miami Gardens, Downtown Miami, Overtown, Coconut Grove and Little Havana to include the Shops at Marlins Park, 53,000 sq. ft. of retail at the Marlins Ballpark. Clients included The City of Miami, The Overtown CRA and The Miami Parking Authority. At Colliers Abood Wood-Fay, Ms. Tenn focused on Tenant Representation in the Brokerage Services Division. Clients included Bank of the Bahamas securing their first off-shore retail branch bank in Coral Gables; Standard Chartered Bank, Cayman Airways and International Finance Bank. At Capital Realty in Coral Gables, Ms. Tenn was responsible for a portfolio of office buildings comprising 400,000 sq. ft. in submarkets to include Kendall, Airport West, Coral Gables, South Beach and Hollywood. Prior to becoming an active salesperson, Ms. Tenn was marketing assistant at CRESA Miami, working with a group of seven (7) brokers in market research, lease analyses, tour books, presentations and all pertinent correspondence.
