Lisa St. John is a Founding Partner of L.A. Realty Partners, a boutique commercial real estate firm representing occupiers and owners of real estate throughout Los Angeles. She brings a strong background in financial analysis and strategic consulting to each assignment. Over her career, she has completed over 3,000 tenant and landlord representation transactions for clients. Prior to forming L.A. Realty Partners, Lisa served as a Managing Director at both Trammell Crow Company and Jones Lang LaSalle, specializing in the Greater Los Angeles office real estate market. She has been recognized nationally with both firms as a “Top Broker” and held leadership positions with both firms. Lisa has also been recognized as an outstanding real estate professional throughout her career. She is the recipient of the “Transaction of the Year Award” by the Los Angeles Business Journal, received CoStar’s “Largest Transaction” Award, and has been honored nationally by Commercial Property News. She was also recognized as one of the “Top Women in Real Estate,” and featured on the cover of Real Estate Southern California. Ms. St. John previously worked for Citibank, N.A. in the International Banking Group, primarily in Tokyo, Japan where she was Citibank’s first woman officer in Japan. Lisa’s client list includes J.P. Morgan, Hudson Pacific Properties, Kennedy Wilson, Equity Office Properties, The Irvine Company, LaSalle Investment Management, Onni Group, CIM and Vantage Property Investors. She has also represented tenants throughout Los Angeles, including Loyola Marymount University, GM Cruise, Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles, Providence Health and Services, and The Los Angeles Unified School District in the purchase of their 1 million square foot headquarters building in Downtown Los Angeles.
