Lisa Ricca

Lisa Ricca joined RIPCO Real Estate’s New Jersey Office in 2018 and has over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage. Lisa has developed a strong track record for understanding the unique urban needs of various markets in New Jersey which has allowed her to execute notable deals with her landlords. She became a licensed CPA in NY state while working with TIAA/CREF as an internal auditor. Lisa is involved in her home community of Weehawken, NJ. She is an appointed Commissioner to the Weehawken Board of Adjustments/Zoning Board, an active member of the Weehawken Woman’s Club, and a volunteer for the Church of St Ann’s in Hoboken. She is a licensed real estate salesperson with LEED AP status and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
