Lisa Hauger joined SVN | The Equity Group in April 2023 where she is continuing her impressive commercial real estate career. She had been Senior Vice President at Sun Commercial Real Estate since 2014 with an emphasis on the Leasing and Sale of Commercial Real Estate, Investment Sales and Tenant Representation, primarily focused in the Las Vegas valley. At Sun Commercial, Lisa was a Top Producer in 2017,2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Lisa joined the MDL Group in 2000 and was their top producer in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2012. She also received the Crexi Platinum Broker Award in 2022. Her career in Commercial Real Estate began with R & B Properties out of Los Angeles, CA where she worked in management and leasing on commercial projects in Oregon, Washington, Texas, and California. She became Vice President of Marketing for a syndicated real estate company based in Northern California. Her portfolio was comprised of office and retail properties throughout Southern California and Arizona. She also worked for Manchester Development, the development arm of a National Title Company. Her responsibilities included lease negotiations and construction contracts for the branch offices throughout the western United States. Lisa moved to Nevada in 1990 at the request of a California Developer to oversee their Retail and Industrial portfolio as well as a 60,000-square-foot retail center under construction in Summerlin. Lisa was Co-Founder, CFO, and Managing Member of NV CANN LABS, a Medical Marijuana Testing Laboratory from 2014 - 2017. She was voted one of Las Vegas’s Top 100 “Women of Influence” by My Vegas Magazine in January 2014. Her background in property management, development, and construction is of great value to her owners, investors, and clients alike. Her solution-orientated approach assists her clients in achieving their short and long-term goals and potential.
