Specializing primarily in retail leasing and investment sales, she possesses expertise and in-depth market knowledge of the towns and submarkets throughout Westchester County in New York, and Fairfield County in Connecticut. She is passionate about guiding tenants through the process of finding the perfect locations for their needs and bringing new retail tenants to Fairfield and Westchester counties. Over her career, Lisa has completed transactions with restaurants, fitness studios, salons, wireless stores, retail boutiques, and office tenants. Notable retailers that Lisa has completed transactions with include UPS, Altice, Jimmy John’s, Organic Krush, Orangetheory Fitness, Yoga Six, The Grit Ninja, Bluestone Lane, Pet Pantry Warehouse. As a tenant representative, she exclusively represents UPS, Jimmy John’s, Altice, StretchLab, Yoga Six, Pure Barre, Dry Bar, Amazing Lash, AKT, Rumble, Row House, and Club Pilates.
