In 1996 Lior Aldad founded the law offices of Aldad & Associates, P.C., a boutique Midtown Manhattan law firm specializing in Co-Ops and Condominium law. With his broad range of experience, he has the expertise and resources to handle many types of business-related legal matters expeditiously including complex real estate transactions. His premier full-service real-estate law practice represents a wide range of clients in the areas of acquisition, development, and leasing of commercial and multi-dwelling properties. The firm also represents other real estate transactions such as the purchase or sale of residential homes, condominiums, and cooperatives. Lior Aldad graduated cum laude with a Bachelor Degree in business administration and finance from Adelphi University’s Business School and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Lior Aldad is a New York State licensed Real Estate Broker, a licensed Mediator and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, New York State Bar Association, and New York County Lawyers Association. Lior also wrote and published a hard cover book called ‘The Deal – An Essential Guide for Real Estate Transactions in New York City (2010)’.
