Lindsey St. Maxens

A retail expert with a breadth of local experience, Lindsey is driven to deliver retail solutions for her clients and lead leasing strategies that resonate with her clients’ goals and with the surrounding communities. Fostering trusted relationships with her clients, she helps them understand market conditions, and collaborates to negotiate proposals and leases for long term success. Working closely with landlords, she positions properties for success by leading merchandising, marketing, and leasing efforts to create a thriving retail environment. She supports local and national tenants in locating and securing prime locations, leading them through expansion strategy, market and investment analysis, deal structure and issue resolution. Prior to joining KLNB in 2019, she was a retail leasing associate at JBG Smith, where she coordinated with asset management, development, and construction teams to execute deals in landmark destinations including National Landing, DC and Bethesda. Prior to JBG Smith, she was on the capital markets team at Cushman & Wakefield, providing management and financial advisory services for the sales and valuations of primarily commercial real estate loans—including evaluating portfolios for acquisitions on behalf of the FDIC. Lindsey resides in Washington, DC and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University.
