Linda Gonzales is with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services, specializing in office properties in the Las Vegas, NV market. Linda has an exceptional track record of over twenty years of successful commercial real estate experience representing some of the most notable clients in Southern Nevada. Linda is a native Las Vegan and has extensive market knowledge, and a valuable understanding of the city’s rich history. Linda understands the importance of being active in the business community. She is currently a member of the Southern Nevada NAIOP Chapter, serving as the Events Committee Chair and as a member of the Community Service Committee. She is also a part of the CBRE’s Women’s Network, and HOLA (Hispanics Organized to Leverage Our Advantage). Linda is a past member of the Nevada Restaurant Association where she was honored with the “Allied Member of the Year” award, and the Las Vegas HEALS (Health, Education, Advocacy and Leadership in Southern Nevada), whose mission is to foster strategic alliances in the healthcare community. Linda puts a strong emphasis on continued education and is always pursuing opportunities to sharpen her skills. She has been awarded scholarships for the coveted UNLV Lied Institute of Real Estate Commercial for their Real Estate Certification program and the CDEP (Cultural Diversity Education Program) through the CCIM Institute of Education. Linda also completed the inaugural class of NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Developing Leaders Institute and attended the Anthony Robbins’ business strategy course for Leadership, Negotiations and Self-Development. She has also been nominated for NAIOP’s Office Broker of the Year award for 2021 & 2022. Linda enjoys running, cycling and tennis and was recently Ambassador for the Lululemon Run Club in Summerlin, and was part of the the Las Vegas Track Club. Linda has also served as the Tennis Captain for the Women’s League at the premier Summerlin community, the Ridges. Linda enjoys giving back to the community and is a volunteer at The Shade Tree Organization which provides safe shelter to homeless and abused women and children in crisis. She also participates in many charitable events including the Make a Wish Foundation and Catholic Charities.
