Linda L. Daniels is the founder of Linda Daniels, LLC. Formerly the President of CRES Commercial Real Estate, Inc. She has over 30 years combined experience in construction management, real estate brokerage, client representation, strategic financial planning, and import-export business. A Jacksonville, Florida, native, for the last 25 years , Linda has worked with an array of site and general contractors, private companies in specialty site businesses, importing & exporting agricultural commodities to and from Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean basin, managing constructions projects, and providing strategic financial planning. Her specialty is detail analysis and strategic planning. This part of her work experience and her understanding of land drove her real estate career that began in 2004, researching land in Northeast Florida. For the past five years, Linda has worked with numerous landowners and as a buyer’s representative, selecting sites for future assisted living facilities, medical offices, and medical rehabilitation facilities. Her services expanded to industrial, retail, office, and land by analyzing each client’s particular acquisition strategy and development requirements that include government regulations, entitlements, and issues pertinent to specific projects, then formulating exit strategies rolled into a plan to obtain clients’ goals and maximize investment value and disposition profits. Linda has closed over (3,000,000 SF) of land for commercial, industrial, ecclesiastical, and office real estate transactions.
