Linda's management over large scale Residential and Commercial development projects has led to cultivating an extensive resource of industry contacts with codes, planning and public officials. Skilled and knowledgeable with all facets of business, acquisitions and construction development, both in public and private sectors, carved a path of proven experience with permitting, design oversight, budgeting, construction management and close out. All achieved through being highly customer-centric with excellent relationship building skills to develop her real estate business model. After graduating college in North Carolina and prior to her love for real estate, Linda's career launched as a Project Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 company, Automatic Service Company, (ASC) based out of Atlanta, Georgia. She led construction sales for ASC, for large foodservice build outs of mainframe cafeterias. Highlights of client accounts with medical and manufacturing giants, Abbott Labs, DuPont, Lockheed Martin and others, for more than 6 years. Strong management success through sales led Linda to Nashville, TN, to seek a larger vision to build new business models in Medical Device and HVAC which ultimately set her on a path financially toward real estate investments. Linda thrives to bring creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit to all her business endeavors and uses her skill sets toward a business model in real estate development of high density residential and multi-family applications. The rest of her future plans, as she states, have yet to be written.
