Lincoln Smith
Lincoln Smith is an Associate in Newmark’s Austin – Lakeline office. Working closely with Vice Chairman Neal Golden, Smith focuses on tenant representation in the office and industrial sectors. He constantly strives to add value to his clients by sharing his extensive market knowledge and current industry best practices to advise businesses on real estate transactions that align with strategic, financial, cultural and operational objectives. Prior to Newmark, Smith served as Vice President at an Austin-based real estate private equity firm, where he led the Capital Markets & Acquisitions team. During his two years in this position, he focused on a broad scope of asset classes, completing more than 20 transactions worth in excess of $120 million. Previously, Smith was a Senior Associate at Noble Capital, where he focused on sourcing institutional capital partners to strategically scale bridge loan product offerings for single-family developers across Central Texas.
