Lew Hendricks

Lewis Hendricks grew up in rural Pennsylvania. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, Lewis received his commission as an officer in the US Army. He later earned his MBA from North Carolina Central University and opened several retail concepts in the Chapel Hill area. His experience owning and operating a restaurant, wine bar, and coffee shop has given him unique insights into the commercial tenant experience. He brings this experience to BOLD, helping businesses navigate finding location selection, lease negotiations, and space buildout. Lewis is on the Board of Directors for the Chatham County Chamber of Commerce and is the Chairman of the Real Estate Committee. His portfolio of chamber leadership, business experience and commercial real estate chops savvy, makes Lewis a ‘go to’ person for anyone with questions about commercial real estate in the area. During his free time, Lewis and his wife, Megan, cheer on their kids in sporting events, train for their next running race or triathlon, or search for the perfect wine pairing for one of their culinary creations.
