Prior to founding Alpha Realty, he was Managing Director at Besen & Associates in the Investment-Sales Group. In his role, he was very instrumental in helping the firm penetrate the Brooklyn multifamily market. Lev began his career in Real Estate as a CPA with Deloitte & Touché LLP, providing financial analysis, consulting, and due diligence services to some of the world’s most prominent real estate companies, such as Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Tishman Speyer, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds. Lev thrives on challenges and always bring a “win-win” attitude to every deal. He heads an elite group of brokers within his firm who have recently completed over $2.5 Billion in investment sales transactions, throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan.
