Leslie also holds the role of Broker/Owner at Your Team Realty, which she has managed since 2000, bringing a wealth of knowledge in real estate sales, business operations, and realtor management. Before establishing her own businesses, Leslie worked as a Realtor at Orr & Associates Real Estate from 2006 to 2008 and as a Realtor/Trainer at Century 21 A One Realty from 2000 to 2006.
