Leslie Cotter

Leslie has been in Commercial Real Estate for fourteen years. She has been with the Dartmouth company for three years and has enjoyed working with the team and on the tenant rep side. She started her career with Powers & Company whose focus was representing Landlord portfolios. Leslie enjoys working to keep the centers in the client portfolios vitalized with a great synergy in their tenant mix along with long term vison, planning for future changes in the retail environment and asset profitably. Leslie now represents a variety of Tenants such as Domino’s, KFC, Big Picture Framing, Henry Bear’s Park, Boston Market and Corner Bakery. Born and raised in Massachusetts she enjoys working with National and Regional Tenants as well as helping new and local start-ups navigate through the leasing process. Outside of work Leslie loves traveling and beach time at the Cape with her family which includes, biking, paddle boarding, and clamming.
