Lesley Sheinberg

Ms. Sheinberg, NAI/Merin Hunter Codman’s 2016, 2018, 2021 and 2022 Broker of the Year, joined the firm in 2003. Before moving to West Palm Beach, Ms. Sheinberg specialized in commercial leasing in New York City. She has completed over 2.5M SF of leasing and disposition transactions totaling approximately $350M in Florida and throughout the greater United States. Her current clients include: JP Morgan, Equus Capital Partners, Baptist Health and Lionstone Investments. Significant leasing transactions include, Morgan Stanley-Smith Barney, Oppenheimer, Lydian Bank, ITT College, Dycom Industries, Bank Rate and AT&T. Although Lesley specializes in office and medical real estate, she is well versed in retail and industrial warehouse leasing and sales. Ms. Sheinberg was honored with the Costar Power Broker Award for four consecutive years.
