Leonardo Laterza is the First Vice-President of Investments specializing in the sale and acquisition of multifamily buildings in the Westlake District, Koreatown and Hollywood areas. With over sixteen years of real estate experience, his previous work includes property management and sale of single family homes. Leonardo’s ability to assess a property and implement a plan allows him to advise his clients on strategizing the best repositioning of their investments. Leonardo has also been a member of the National Multi Housing Group since 2016 with a primary focus on multifamily buildings and NNN assets. Leonardo is originally from Dubrovnik, Croatia and attended California Baptist University in Riverside on a water polo scholarship and earned a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. Playing a competitive sport for nearly seventeen years thought him to be focused and persistent allowing him to always look out for his clients best interests and achieve the best possible results.
