Over 20 years of experience as a marketing consultant has provided him with an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of distribution and manufacturing as it pertains to all aspects of warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturing facilities. Leo has in-depth knowledge of the Middlesex, Union and Somerset County, New Jersey markets and although his specialty is assignments with 50,000 SF to 250,000+ SF size facilities, he brings the same focus, attention to detail, and expertise in projects with 10,000 SF to 50,000 SF as well. For the past several years, Leo has worked directly with the Sate of NJ to help his clients procure financial incentives, in some cases totaling several million dollars, for out of state companies looking to move into NJ or NJ companies wishing to expand. Recently, Leo procured $53 million dollars, one of the largest Grow New Jersey incentive awards, for a major logistics provider. Leo is a graduate of the City University of New York with a degree major in Mathematics and sub-major in Economics and Marketing.
