Leo Diapo has managed and assisted with the property management of over two million square feet of high-rise, mid-rise, class A, office, restaurant and retail space in Orange County. This included customer communications, accounts receivable and accounts payable, budget preparation and implementation, CAM recoveries, monthly financial variance comments, capital projects, and tenant improvement projects. Leo has also trained and mentored numerous community and leasing administrators. He is also skilled in developing workflow processes to improve communication and increase efficiency. He received his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from UCI. He also has ICSC certification as a Leasing Consultant, Community Administrator and Assistant Manager. Leo received his real estate license in 2019.
