Leni Sandoval
Before NewQuest, Leni’s career in commercial real estate began in October 2022 at CBRE on the tenant representation team. She worked with several national and local tenants and had significant exposure to the world of commercial real estate. Joining CBRE’s tenant rep team was a natural progression from the National Account Executive position she held at Visual Graphic Systems in NJ, a firm specializing in branding, designing, and fabricating signage, fixtures, and décor for the nation’s largest restaurant groups. Prior to VGS, she worked for a commercial sign company in Houston. She loves working with clients in a consultative manner. She has held sales and business development-type roles throughout her career. Leni is a native Houstonian and UH graduate who is passionate about our multicultural and ever-growing city.
