Lenard Williams

Lenard L. Williams is a Vice President and Retail Specialist with CBRE Tampa. Mr. Williams has nearly 20 years of experience in the retail shopping center industry. Mr. Williams began his career in acquisitions of retail properties throughout the Southeastern United States for private capital/funds. Prior to joining CBRE Tampa, Mr. Williams specialized in the disposition of retail shopping centers throughout the Southeastern United States on behalf of institutions, developers, and private equity groups. Mr. Williams has been involved in the acquisitions and sales of shopping centers totaling more than $1.5 billion in transactional value. In his role, Mr. Williams will concentrate on tenant representation and leasing for retail tenants to expand into the Tampa Bay area.
