Len Morelli

Len is responsible for sales and leasing activity within the Cross Regions Group platform. With close to 40 years of sales management experience, Len is uniquely qualified for his role. He joined Cross Regions in 2022 and quickly put his experience and local knowledge together to represent his commercial real estate clients with passion and always keeping their best interest in mind. Len’s previous experience includes 20 years as an automobile dealership sales executive for various high-end manufacturers. Len has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Jacksonville University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
