Started in the Corporate side of the real estate business in the mid-1960’s including real estate management positions for Tenants at Towers Marts and Properties, Oshawa Wholesale, Canadian Tire, Vice President of Real Estate at Tamblyn Drug Marts, and Senior Manger Real Estate Development with Bank of Montreal. Landlord leasing positions at Marathon Realty, Village by the Grange, Group R, General Manager, Shannon Properties; and Vice President Shopping Centre Division, Orlando Corporation. With this Corporate experience, entered the Consulting business in 1999, which lead to Goudy Real Estate Corp. With a 40 year career in real estate, has the experience to assist both Landlord and Tenants.
