Since April 2010 Leigh has been a member of the downtown office leasing division of Colliers International in Calgary. During his tenure at Colliers, Leigh has experienced the volatility of Calgary’s economy and the corresponding commercial real estate market, which provides him with the knowledge and experience to assist his clients with their current and future real estate decisions. Always putting his clients’ needs first, Leigh approaches his business with professionalism, honesty and integrity and has developed a strong reputation with not only his clients and colleagues, but also industry peers. Over the last nine years, Leigh has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients on both the landlord and tenant side of transactions, and therefore has a strong understanding of the motivations and perspectives of both sides of lease negotiations. Utilizing strong market knowledge, financial analysis and an understanding of his clients’ needs, Leigh has been able to assist several organizations with office relocations, renewals, expansions, contractions, lease assignments, lease terminations, sublease of excess space and lease audits and/or reviews.
